KoMo Medium Mill
The Medium mill provides a combination of the veneer cabinet of the Fidibus 21, with the larger motor and burrs of the Clic mill. Like all KoMo electric mills, the Medium uses advanced corundum/ceramic burrs and a strong, high efficiency motor. Its solid beechwood hopper holds 1 lb., 15 oz. of grain-enough for over two pounds of whole grain bread. All KoMo mills equipped with specially developed electric motors that provide reliable, yet extremely quiet power. The Medium is equipped with a 360 watt motor and will produce 3.5 ounces of flour per minute at the finest setting, and as with all KoMo mills, the Medium can run continuously so you can refill and keep grinding for wver quany of flour you need. Its solid beech hopper holds 1 lb., 14 oz. of grain-enough for over two pounds of whole grain bread. The Medium mill will grind wheat (both hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind es, lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney, etc.) It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.
